Lehigh County Housing Authority will be opening its waiting list for the Catasauqua Family Units. There are 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units. It will be open from Thursday May 1st, 2025 - Friday May 30th, 2025.
Criteria: In order to apply for this program, you MUST be at or below the following very low income limits

At the time your name would come up on the waiting list, you will be asked to prove your income
Please keep the office updated of changes in address, income, family size as this could affect your placement on thelist and preference given.

Applications can also be picked up in our office at 860 Broad Street - Suite 110 in the application box outside our office door between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday, Wedneday and Friday. We will not be giving out numer placement on the waiting lists
Lehigh County Housing Authority will be opening its waiting list for the Housing Choice Voucher Program only for specific criteria listed below:Criteria: In order to apply for this program, you MUST be at or below the following extremely low income limits AND living, working or attending school in Lehigh County, excluding the cities of Allentown and Bethlehem. You must meet both criteria listed to be eligible.

Lehigh County Housing Authority is opening its waiting lists for the family Public Housing family units.Public Housing family units include:
- Coplay Apts: 10-11 N Front St, 28 S Front St, 257 S 2nd St, Coplay (2, 3 & 4 BR’s)
- Cherokee Apts: 960 Cherokee St, Fountain Hill (1, 2 & 3 BR’s)
- 7th St Village: 5 N 7th St, Slatington (1, 2 & 3 BR’s)
Criteria: In order to apply for these buildings:
You MUST be living, working, or attending school in Lehigh County EXCLUDING the cities of Allentown and Bethlehem
and You MUST be at or below the following income limits.
