General Information
Located at 1400 Main Street in the Borough of North Catasauqua, North Catasauqua Apts. is a four story building containing forty one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment contains a large living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. The apartments are equipped with wall-to-wall carpeting, range, features and security of residents. Each apartment is fully insulated and is equipped with an electric heat pump for heating and cooling.
A community room and a coin-operated laundry room are located in the building for use by the residents. There is ample parking available for cars.

Admission Requirements:
Specifically, you may be eligible for North Catasauqua Apartments if:
1. You need to be age 55 or older or disabled. If under 55 and disabled, you will receive a lower preference on the waiting list.
2. You have an annual gross income of $41,040 for 1 person or $46,920 for 2 people. Income includes all monies received from wages, pensions, social security, welfare, unemployment compensation, alimony and other sources normally considered as income. Interest and dividends received on savings, certificates of deposits, stocks or bonds are considered income.
The monthly rent at North Catasauqua Apartments will be either $809/$841 per month.
The rent will be one or the other of the amounts listed based on applicant income at time of qualification for the building.

This includes electric, heat/cooling, hot water, water, sewer and garbage costs. The costs not included in your rent would be your monthly costs for telephone and television cable.
