How long is the waiting list?
The waiting list has no minimum or maximum number, it is constantly changing.
Now that I have a waiting list letter, what do I do now?
Wait for your next letter from property management which will be sent to you once a unit becomes available.
Why can’t I be on the Section 8 if I live in Allentown, Bethlehem, or Easton?
Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton have their own housing authorities, and provide housing voucher programs. LCHA offers assistance to those living in Lehigh County. If you are interested in applying in Allentown, Bethlehem, or Easton, please contact the appropriate housing authority in that city.
Where am I on the list?
Placement is based on residency, income, and other factors as indicated on your application.
Is emergency housing available?
No.
What building(s) should I choose?
Choose familiar locations that you are comfortable with and meets your particular needs and budget. You may apply for any and all projects unless waiting lists are closed.

What if I forget which one I chose?
Please note the address shown for the unit(s) of your choice.
How much is the rent?
Rents vary depending on the program(s) for which you qualify. Please see the Our Developments page of the website for more information.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, but an additional pet deposit is required, However, no exotic pets allowed.
When can I see a unit?
You will be given opportunity to view units you are offered immediately prior to rental.
Will my furniture fit? Do you have garden apartments?
Units will accommodate all typical household items. Garden apartments are not available.
