    • Press 1 for an application
    • Leave your Name and Address (please speak slowly & clearly)
    • An application will be mailed to you within 10 business days
  • Please print and complete the Housing Application
    on this website.
    *This application may require more postage if being mailed.
    The application can be dropped off or mailed to the Resident Selection Office
    located at
    860 Broad St Suite 110 Emmaus, PA 18049.

Social Security numbers must be provided for ALL household members.

The application must be signed and dated in order to be processed. If any required information is
missing, your application will be returned to you.

Due to high volume, we are unable to honor status requests by telephone. Applicants will be notified
by mail regarding placement.
