RFP 2024-01 Bids Due: Wednesday, December 11, 2024

The Lehigh County Housing Authority, “LCHA”, will receive proposals via email for
Janitorial Services for thirty-nine properties located in the Lehigh Valley.

Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, Wednesday December 11, 2024.

Bid documents are available and may be obtained at 635 Broad Street Emmaus PA 18049
and on the website https://lehighcountyha.org.

LCHA solicits and encourages the participation of small diverse businesses, including
Minority, Women, LGBT, Veteran and Disability-Owned business enterprises. Bidders are encouraged to participate in the hiring of Section 3 eligible persons.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 635 Broad Street Emmaus PA on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 2:00PM

LCHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informalities in
the bidding process. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of (30) days subsequent to
the opening of bids without the consent of LCHA.
